Privacy Policy

Zepixo (“Zepixo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a browser-based brand-design studio that lets you generate brand identities, build device mockups, create looping animations, and design color systems. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Zepixo application and website.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are never stored in plain text — we store only a securely hashed version. If you upgrade to a paid plan, our billing provider also processes payment details (see Processors below); we do not store your full card number on our servers.

Content you create

Zepixo stores the projects, brand books, palettes, mockups, animations, and other content you create and save. Rendered mockups and exported images may be stored as files in our blob storage so they can be displayed and downloaded. This content is tied to your account and is used to provide the service to you.

Usage information

We collect basic usage information needed to operate and secure the service — for example, log data such as your IP address, browser type, and the actions you take in the app (like signing in or saving a project). We use this to keep Zepixo running reliably, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Zepixo service.
• To save and render the content you create.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional email such as password resets, billing receipts, and important service notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Processors we use

We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to run Zepixo. These processors handle data only on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the service:

• Supabase — our application database, storing your account and the content you create.
• Vercel — hosting for the application and blob storage for rendered mockups and exported files.
• LemonSqueezy — billing and subscription management, including payment processing.
• Brevo — delivery of transactional email such as password resets and receipts.

Cookies and sessions

Zepixo uses a single, essential httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is required for the app to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

Data retention

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your associated personal data and content within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Accessing and deleting your data

You can access and edit much of your data directly within the app. To request a copy of your data or to delete your account and associated content, contact us through the in-app Help option or by email at hello@zepixo.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

Children

Zepixo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
