Yes. The Starter plan is free forever and includes ten seats, unlimited proposals and invoices, the client CRM, projects, and payments through your own Stripe key. No card is required to start.
Pro is $9.90 per month, or $8.25 per month when billed yearly, which is $99 a year. The first seven days are free and no card is charged until the trial ends.
No. Client payments run through your own Stripe account using your own API key, so the money settles directly to you. You pay Stripe's standard processing rate and nothing to Zepixo on top.
Ten seats are included on every plan, including the free one. Extra seats beyond that are $3 per seat per month. On Starter everyone joins as a member; assigning admin or owner roles is a Pro feature.
Two things: delegated admin and owner roles, and automated client email tied to proposal and payment events. Unlimited proposals, invoices, the CRM, projects and payments are all on the free plan.
