Zepixo vs Dubsado
Dubsado's cheaper Starter plan does not include proposals, scheduling or workflows — those need Premier at $525 a year. Zepixo includes proposals and invoices on its free plan. Dubsado is the stronger tool if you want elaborate automated workflows and questionnaires; Zepixo is faster to set up and costs less.

Questions
Zepixo and Dubsado, answered
No. Dubsado's Starter plan at $335 a year excludes proposals, scheduling, workflows and Zapier; those require Premier at $525 a year. Zepixo includes unlimited proposals and invoices on its free plan.
Generally yes, because it does less. Dubsado's strength is configurable workflows, and that configuration is real work. Zepixo has one path — proposal, invoice, payment, project — with less to set up and less to tune.
Dubsado includes four accounts in total, being the owner plus three additional users; beyond that it charges $25 a month for four to ten users. Zepixo includes ten seats on every plan and charges $3 per seat per month above that.
Branching workflow automation, forms and questionnaires, scheduling, and multiple brands under one account. If client onboarding through forms is central to your process, Dubsado is the better fit.
