Creating your account

Sign up, sign in, and reset a forgotten password.

You can browse Zepixo's workspaces without an account, but signing in lets you save your work, return to it later, and (on Pro) export at full quality.

Sign up

  1. Click Sign in in the top-right of the app, then switch to Create account.
  2. Enter your name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters).
  3. Submit — you're signed in immediately and a welcome email is on its way.

Note

Your work autosaves to your account. Find it later under the account menu in Saved items (brand books) and My mockups.

Sign in

Click Sign in, enter your email and password, and you're back. Your session is remembered on the device so you don't have to sign in every visit.

Forgot your password

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by email:

  1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address on your account and submit.
  3. We email you a secure reset link. Open it and choose a new password (8+ characters, entered twice).
  4. Once saved, sign in with your new password.

Tip

The reset link is single-use and expires after a short time. If it has expired, just request a new one from the same screen.
