Exports are greyed out

High-res/PDF, 3× images, and 4K/8K video are Pro features — and saving requires being signed in. Sign in, and/or upgrade to Pro, and the options light up.

I forgot my password

Click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we email you a reset link. Full steps: Creating your account.

A 3D model looks blank

Leave and re-enter the 3D studio to re-initialize the scene. The device and your screenshot should render again.

My embed isn't animating

Make sure you pasted the snippet into a code/embed element (in Framer, Webflow, etc.), not into a plain text block. See Export & embed.

I can't find my saved work

Brand books live under Saved items in the account menu; saved mockups live under My mockups. Make sure you're signed in with the same account.
