The Help button

The indigo Help button sits in the bottom-right corner of every docs page. Click it to open a short form: your name, email, and a description of your issue. Send it and we'll pick it up.

After you submit

You'll get a confirmation email with a ticket number. Just reply to that email to add more detail — your reply lands back in the same conversation, so everything stays in one thread.

Tip

Include what you were doing and which workspace you were in — it helps us reproduce the issue and reply faster.
